Sending individual emails through RE7 / Database View

The ability to think one is creating and sending an email through the Database View is not blocked as it should be. One can create an email, hit send and a copy is stored in the individuals records but nothing is sent. There is only the appearance that the message has been sent. These one off emails can now be sent to an individual through the Web View but there is no block nor note in the database view to redirect someone to that view. Instead, we think we are sending a viable message through the Database View but we aren't. Please fix this misleading situation.

    @Linda Alband - Welcome to BB Community forums! What you are experiencing is likely a side-effect of when the Microsoft Integration in DBV was removed a couple of years ago. I recommend reaching out to support to let them know about this bug - and include your CSM (Customer Success Manager) and Account rep in the conversation so they can help advocate for you within BB.
