Possibly to copy grade plans?

Hello! We are in the process of moving our LS grading into Blackbaud from individual Google Docs. I need to add assessment skills for the grade plans and each grade level has different standards that we use. We do, however, use the same standards for both mid-year and end-of-year reports. Is it possible for me to copy the Mid year grade plan and repurpose it as the year end grade plan? Or do I need to create each class and grade level twice?
