Importing Paciolan Donations into Blackbaud CRM

My organization is preparing to implement Paciolan's PACFund feature to enable users to purchase event tickets and make donations. Currently, we use Blackbaud CRM as our CRM system, and most donations are processed through Blackbaud BBIS donation forms.

We need to sync donations from Paciolan into Blackbaud CRM. While we already import donations from Blackbaud CRM into Paciolan, I’m seeking advice or tips from anyone with experience exporting/importing Paciolan donations. Specifically, I’d like to know what data you capture and what tools you use for importing into Blackbaud CRM. We currently use the Brightvine Data Link (BVDL) for some integrations and plan to use it for this process, though we haven’t used it for revenue transactions yet. Another option we’re considering is using Blackbaud’s batch import processing for revenue.
