Reporting on custom status codes for actions

Hi,

We would love to make the switch from using default completion status to custom status codes for actions. However, it does not appear that there is any way to report on these custom statuses (in NXT, at least) or view them in Lists, which largely defeats the purpose for us. For example, it would be important for us to be able to differentiate in reporting between an action that was truly completed, as in the phone call happened, vs. an action that was ‘completed’ because it was a reminder that became irrelevant later on. I'm really hoping I'm just missing something, or that this is a functionality that is coming soon. Does anyone have any insights they could share?

    Hi @Sarah Trebilcock Johnson, was this ever resolved?

    If I understand your issue correctly I have run into this and noticed in the filters (see one all the way to the right in the image below) that I can add my custom status. I only have a few.

    • Queued
    • Completed
    • Closed

    Closed indicates that the action is no longer queued and either couldn't be completed or we have no way of knowing if it was completed. My organization's RE dates back to 1987 and I can only account for things that were from 2006 onward.
