Attendance data wiped?

Hello,

I'm not sure if this is related to the outages last week, but something weird happened with attendance. First, we use attendance to record clinical services--clinicians update them throughout the week. After the outage, a clinician said they swear they took their attendance but it was gone for some reason so they just re-took it.

When I ran an export of attendances/services, I noticed that attendances were duplicated. The clinician who re-took her attendance had duplicated attendance entries for the days she thought it was wiped.

But something even stranger happened--at the end of the month, I compile all attendance data into a report. I was looking at Attendance > Class Attendance and had an unpleasant surprise when I saw that all of August's attendance data was wiped, as if no attendance was taken across all classes and services.

Luckily when I run the export of attendance, that data is still there so it isn't totally wiped and living somewhere. But it's just strange…

Did this happen to anyone?

    Hi @Nathan Ong,

    This sounds to me more like data we've seen when changes were made to the schedule sets. The attendance still exists, but because meeting times don't match any more, the system doesn't show them in most places.

    I would recommend creating a case with support to confirm and they can assist with recommendations on options you have. If it is not the issue, they can help gather information to help our team look into the issue.

  • @Jacqueline Koca That makes sense now!! I think that's it. I had adjusted the schedule maybe around two weeks ago so that would align with the timing (seems it affected anything using that adjusted schedule set for the school year).
