Creating letters through NXT

Hi,

I am new to Raiser's Edge NXT and the organisation I am working for. We currently send handwritten thank you cards but I wanted to explore creating personalised letters via NXT. Can anyone point me in the right direction for training on this please?

@Vicki FentonFarrington - Welcome to BB Community forums! You have a few options here -

• Manual merge in desktop word from an export
• A third party app like Red Arc's Letter Box
• Building a flow through Power Automate to accomplish this automatically

I'm partial to the third option, simply because I've seen how much time it can save throughout the entire process - data clean-up/checks before running letters, merging letters, etc. If you're interested in leveraging automation without having to learn it yourself, check out AutomateGenius.
