Moving into NXT from an outside mail and donation processor
Our organization is transitioning our online giving functions into Blackbaud NXT from an external provider. We have a highly experienced RE (Raiser’s Edge) administrator, but they could benefit from a course specific to this area.
Could anyone recommend what specific training courses or classes we should prioritize for:
- Setting up and managing online giving in Blackbaud NXT?
- Understanding how online gift processing should work within NXT? and how it translate in RE database view
- Best practices for utilizing the online giving tools in NXT for reporting and donor management?
All of our forms are ready to go and we have an marketing team that will be creating the content for online appeals. She primarily functions in database view for gifts management

@Amy Cassidy Do you have a learn subscription? There are courses about these things in Blackbaud University (make sure the course has “NXT” in the name).
