Question for Inactive Profiles

Hello all,

I have recently been learning RE NXT, and when trying to log a gift, I noticed one of the profiles was inactive, but I didn't mark them as such. Do someone know if the system inactivate someone overtime? If so, what are the requirements that cause someone to be marked as inactive?

    @Abbey Dimas Welcome to the BB community forums.

    If by inactive ‘profile' you mean inactive on the Bio 1 tab of a record, there is no automatic marking of that field in RE that I'm aware of. How/when the field is used is determined by each org user.

    Does your org have a policy/procedure manual? There may be notes there on how/when they would mark a record as inactive.
