How can advisors/teachers/students/parents see previous 'transfer' grades?

This is our first year using Blackbaud. Our previous grades have been imported and are under ‘Transfer Grades’ in Grades Management. How does anyone without Grade Manager level access view those? Advisors? Teachers? Students? Parents?

Also, is there a way to see all of the course a student has taken. I've set up the Diploma feature to check our graduation requirements; but it does not list every course in our history, so if it doesn't meet a graduation requirement, it doesn't show up. Or should I be listing every course ever somewhere in the Diploma feature?
