Pledge installment Balance & Fundraiser Name

I am trying to create dashboard in which I want to show the total amount of installment balance due in a fiscal by Fundraiser.
As soon as I try to create an insight which included Fundraiser name and Installment Pledge balance my filter stops working.
What is the best way to get this information through the “Report Builder” feature of Raisers Edge NXT

There's some details I'm not sure of, like if you want past due balance, or all pledge balances to appear regardless of installment date. Or if you're looking for a detailed list with a rollup total or just a summary tile.

Some of this can be done with the “freemium” version using premade insights and a few more customizations are available with the paid tool.

For the most part any of the table style pre-built insights containing the word “pledge” will give you what you are looking for, whether you want the detailed list by fund, appeal, campaign, or constituent is up to you.

If you have the paid version, once you add one of the insights to the dashboard, hover over it, select go to insight, and you can add rollup totals, by hovering over each of the column headings (pancake bar will appear). Save and return to the dashboard. You will not be able to include all of the fundraisers within the same insight, you will either need a new dashboard for each, or a new insight for each. Then within the dashboard, hover over the insight select, edit properties, scroll down and add an additional filter, select fundraiser name, then select the one fundraiser value you'd like for each insight. Repeat for each insight you have.

I hope you're doing well! I wanted to thank you again for your help and guidance regarding the dashboard setup in Raiser’s Edge NXT. Your explanation was super clear and helped me navigate through the insights.

I also wanted to mention that I am using the paid version of Raiser’s Edge NXT, and I’ve been working specifically with Constituent ID and Pledge Installment Balance. I followed your suggestion by adding the roll-up total using the pancake option and later tried to edit the dashboard properties to include the additional filter for the Fundraiser Name. However, I encountered an issue—after adding the filter, the values in the table remain the same for all fundraisers. I’ve tried selecting different fundraiser names through the additional filter, but the values don’t seem to change.

Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this? I’m wondering if there’s something I’m missing in the setup, or if there’s a better way to achieve this through the "Report Builder" feature.
