Switching From Online Express to NXT

Alex,

We need your All-Star help! We've started to switch over from Online Express to NXT and are experiencing a few glitches.

1. Where do we find the authorization numbers for each credit card now that there is no commit batch process.
2. Our NXT form is not collecting addresses on new donors.
3. Reporting.

We are about two weeks into a slow switch over and will soon be flooded with thousands of donations to sort through when we do the full switch over.

There is no “commit” gift batch, but there is “approve” web gift batch.

I don't use RE NXT donation form, I use Luminate Online. So I don't know if RE NXT donaion form will have auth code or not. Question is, why is auth code important?

not sure what you mean by not collecting address

what kind of reporting are you thinking about?
