Gift entry volume

I'm trying to help a client of mine with team member expectations and would love to present solid numbers across our industry. All responses are helpful!!

Without importing (or automation, etc.), what is your organization's average # of gifts entered per week?

How many team members are directly responsible for this entry?

average about 450 gifts per day, so 3150 per week for 2024 (still has influx), same 3 gift data entry, plus contrators. not to be really use as a gauge

average about 600 gifts per day, 4200 per week in 2023 (due to influx b/c of world situation), in addition to the 3, there were a lot of temp and volunteer contractors to help. not to be really use as a gauge

prior to 2023, average about 150-200 per day, 1050-1400 per week, we had 3 gift data entry staff full time on board

Note that the number of gifts does include most online gifts that are imported using IOM.
