Budget and Funding Source

In the create award and budget box- Is there a way to have the drop down (Budget and Funding Source) when assigning a donation to only include the budgets for that particular location vs seeing our entire company's budgets. There are too many mistakes in our reports b/c an admin. chooses the wrong store locations budget. Is this an engineering problem. Seems like this since the applications are assigned to a store location to review why can't that stores budget be the only ones that populate vs our entire company's budgets. (30+) budgets.
