Is there a way to view the newest KB articles? This seems to be where Blackbaud posts known issues, but doesn't expose them in a useful way to end-users.

For example, it would have been great to know PAT users suffer a giant performance hit that will be fixed in the upcoming release. We only found out about it in the “what's new” post today.

@Joe Killian Hi! I checked with our Principal Customer Support team member, and he said the KB should automatically sort by newest/last edited article. If you filter on a specific product, you should see the most recent KBs. Let me know if you have any issues filtering!

Thanks! I didn't catch that, as at least one article is pinned to the top, and it seems to be date-sorted by product, so “blackbaud.com” gets pushed before Altru, causing some sorting issues.

Is there an RSS Feed that can be consumed, or email alert we can register for?
