Conduct Access

Good morning! We are having an issue where coaches are not receiving email notifications for demerits (conduct infractions) for their players. When the demerit is approved, we are checking ‘visible’ and ‘notify via email’ for the Coach role, but they are still unable to see those. I'm thinking it may be due to the fact that we have ‘Restrict faculty to only their conduct’ checked in Conduct Setup.

The thing is, we DO want faculty to see only the conduct they have reported, but we also want coaches to be able to see conduct reported on any of their players. Is this possible somehow? Any help is greatly appreciated!!
