Subscribe button not working? API announcements

The button doesn't seem to do anything….Anyone else or just me?

It looks like subscribing here worked:

Scroll to Blogs > SKY Developer Announcements. Tick the radio button for the desired frequency.

I stand corrected….I haven't been getting email notifications for these subscriptions.

I subscribed back in October (see below), but I haven't gotten any notifications since then. I've checked Spam and Trash.

I do get community digest emails.

@Bryna Gleich Let me ask, since you “liked” my last comment in this thread (I hope you won't come to regret that )…do you know what I'm doing wrong here?

Timeline:

• October 2024
  • I subscribe to “Instant” for “Blackbaud K–12 Solutions Blog."
  • I subscribe to “Daily” for “Blackbaud K–12 Education Solutions Blog."
    

• January 24, 2025
  • A new post is published to the Blackbuad K–12 Solutions blog: “Passing the Torch: Blackbaud's K–12 Advisory Board.”
  • I don't get an email notification about it.
  • There's no email in my Spam and Trash folders about it.
  • I do get a community digest that day.

Since I get community digests, I know Blackbaud has my right email address, and I can see that email notifications are working to some extent, but these blog notification emails aren't reaching me for some reason.

Today's email included a Blogs section showing a post from yesterday.
