Question about Processing PayPal Gifts from Online Express/Reconciliation
Hi friends,
I have three quick questions regarding handling PayPal donations with Online Express and reconciling.
1. Once PayPal is configured, will these donations automatically sync into the Online Express gift portal, or must they be manually entered from the PayPal transaction reports?
2. For reconciliation, do PayPal donations appear in Blackbaud Merchant Services, or do I need to pull a report directly from our PayPal portal and manually enter the donations into an RE batch?
3. Do you have PayPal funds disbursed in the same cycle as Blackbaud Merchant Services?
