Issues with online requests from candidates?

We set up the online recommendation forms a couple of years ago and they have been working reliably. This fall we set up the online transcript request form and that had also been working. However, we have had two puzzling issues: a few weeks ago, candidate parents reported that teachers weren't receiving emails for the recommendations. I tested with my own email and found that was the case. During this time it appeared that the online transcript requests WERE being received. I reported this to tech support, but before they figured anything out, the problem seemed to have fixed itself. Now we have kind of the opposite issue: reports that the requests for online transcripts are not being received---which I have confirmed with my own email. But teacher recommendation requests ARE going out. Again I have opened a case, but so far no one can figure out what is happening. Is anyone having similar issues?
