Does enabling Prospect Insights cost extra?

@Paul Stankus From what I've gathered, the base level will be available to all users at no additional cost.

@Paul Stankus @Christine Robertson is correct, the base level is not an additional cost, but if you want the Pro level there is an expense.

@Paul Stankus No Fee, but do not get too excited. Like the Prospect Status (how many days you are in it), you are not able to do any type of reporting, query or exporting with it. Basically you can look at an indvidual record to see information. But without proper reporting, it is what it is.
