Hi,

We use BB LMS with Google SSO. After the recent move to the new BB SSO method, users have have short (15 minute) stretches of not been able to login getting what looks like an Microsoft cloud service error (copied below). This has happened twice in the last week. Anyone else seeing something like this?

Hi,

We had the same issue occur once on 11/12, for about 15 minutes. Same error with a different Correlation ID. BB Support recommended we get a .har file the next time it occurs and submitting it to them.

@Andres Maruri Thanks! hmmm…I'm wondering what Azure has to do with the logins and, if it is a systemic issue that BB has any more info on to go with whatever .har files shows. Helpful to know.

@Michael Moulton Blackbaud's response for us is “It is sporadic and intermittent so please ask any impacted users to try again in a few minutes.”
