Automatic Exports

Is anyone aware of possible solutions to allow a particular K12 list or advanced list to be exported/emailed automatically at a defined time to produce a. CSV of attendance and conduct data? I see that functionality of our dashboards and even of OneRoster but not with any of the lists or advanced lists. Anything creative that people of come up with to accomplish this? PowerAutomate?? SKYAPI?? Others??

@Geoffrey Goodfellow I have been working on something like this for quite a while. what you're asking can be done with the “School API Endpoint” under your list inside of your Blackbaud solution you can find the list id #. The most complicated part and the part I have been stuck on for quite a while is being able to authenticate to the API endpoint programmatically. Google is another method I am exploring as there seems to be some tools in managing and connecting to API endpoints but I have not dug that deep into it.

to send out my school attendance e-mail every morning I still unfortunately have to download the source lists manually but then everything else is easily automated with Python or power automate. Were I able to authenticate programmatically I would be able to use the school API endpoint to access the data I need.

Yes, I would like to chime on this as well. I have a Power BI dashboard created for Conduct/Infractions, but no easy way of scheduling an export from Blackbaud. I can't get to the Infraction fields from an advanced list, so List ID from API not an option. I so wish there was a "schedule" feature in Blackbaud to aid in some of these daunting tasks.
