what prevents a batch from posting to the gl?

@Julie games Posting to GL is based on the GL post status on each gift. GL post status options are: Posted / Do Not Post / Not Posted.

Committing a web view batch is separate process from ‘posting.’

@Julie games Are you trying to post gifts to your accounting General Ledger?

A gift will have status Not Posted until the appropriate user runs the posting process to bring gift data from RE to your accounting software.

@JoAnn Strommen Yes i am trying to post to the general ledger but when i run the process it says nothing to post. i have had this happen a couple of times before. just trying to figure out what is causing it.
