PDF Generated tax receipts

Hi,

I have generated a pdf tax receipt for a donor who gave on behalf of an organization and gift is soft credited to the donor. I want to add the primary contact name in the salutation so receipt is for the organization but we want to loop in the contact person name. Also I see a gap in the address line which I have fixed in RE but want o fix it in the pdf receipt as well. When I try to edit the pdf document it asks for a password. Where can I get it?

This looks like a prompt from database view. I think the support folks would be the best place to get this one answered.

I think this is locked for a compliance related issue. We do not allow for it since it could affect us being in compliance. I would defer to the support team on this one since I am not familiar with what options you have to move forward.
