We are moving our Luminate Online operation to Classy and SalesForce Email. We are still using our RENXT for the main database. Apparently this is going to be a very quick turnaround. I found the Classy Connector Feedback discussion from 2023 posted by Tina Pappas, which was helpful, especially the two YouTube videos shared by Madeleine Holdsworth. What I am looking for here is any tips and tricks to help make this transition as seemless as possible. We need to have our first donation form running by January 31, 2025. Any suggestions on mapping, testing, etc? This is the worst timeframe given end of year and all but we have to work with it. Thank you all!

    @Miki Martin Think through what you want to ask about in Classy at the gift level and how that will translate into RE. IOM can do a lot of that work, but you have to know what you want to see in the end.
