Adding Educations in RENXT

Rebecca Kottler

I saw the update about being able to add and edit Education in webview. I tried to do this and the scroll bar stopped for me in the N's. My organization's name starts with an O and we are a school! I can't add a new education for my org! We should be able to search or Blackbaud needs to give us access to more schools to be able to scroll through. Cleaning up my institution table would probably help this a little, but probably not enough to give me access to A-Z.

@Rebecca Kottler welcome to the BB community forums.

I panicked a bit when I read your post. I had not tried to add education records in web view yet. We're an “S” university.

When I go to add an ed record there is a search option in the top box. Try typing “O” or first letters of your school name in the box and see if it populates for you.

I am already tired of all the scrolling web view requires - having to scroll to the “S's" would have be too much.
