Getting a list of missing assessment style grades prior to issuing report cards

Our lower schools use assessment style grading for their report cards. Does anyone have any suggestions on how they double check to make sure that teachers have entered all of their assessment grades besides just using the review screen.

There does not seem to be any easy way to do this through a legacy report, advanced or Sky list. This is possible with standard grades through the Report card grades list, but not assessment style grades.

Thanks for any suggestions!

  • @Mike Gustin - How about an advanced list with the filter Enrollment Grade.Grade “is null”?

I use an advanced list to help the lower school division head identify students with low assessment grades. Here is the set up:

    39bd4c6dd243f989b02b26f8d7bc6fd0-huge-im

    36e7784e4b8c956a6ab2d780a80ae298-huge-im
    38021b90f5fc352aac1f87306f7ae7ba-huge-im

For the Object filter just change the Condition to “is null.”

I am not an Advanced List expert by any means, so there may be a cleaner way to do this, but that might work for you.

    Good luck.

    All the best,

    Scott

  • @Scott Chrysler - Thanks so much for the reply. I did try this and checked with Support and apparently Advanced Lists are set to automatically ignore null assessment grades when querying the database.

    Happy Holidays!
