    @Richard Pan My understanding is that “All School Teacher” means literally anyone at the school with a “Teacher” role. (I have not checked to see if this would include someone with a clone of the Teacher role.) “Teacher” means only the teachers who actually have the student enrolled in their class.

    @Crystal Bruce We are using the official notes and the is an “All Teacher" group. We found that notes were being sent to more faculty than needed and the “All Teacher Group” was checked.

    @Richard Pan Here's the explanation of access groups for Official Notes:

    Advisor - The student's advisor(s)
    All School Teacher - All Teachers at the school, regardless of whether the student is enrolled in their class. Check to Limit 'All School Teacher' to student's level - Will only display the comment for a student to the teachers of that student's current school level
    Coach - The student's coach(es)
    Dorm Supervisor - The student's dorm supervisor(s)
    Teacher - Only those teachers that currently have the student enrolled in their class
    Parent - The parent(s) for that student (parent relationship)
    Student - The student for whom the comment was written
