Location of incoming student placement test

We would like to use an integrated tool or the native assessment tool for Spanish placement tests in Blackbaud for our incoming accepted students, but they are not yet enrolled in the academic program and therefore only have access as admitted families. What tools can we use/ and where should we give access to this testing for new families? How do you do this at your school? We would love to keep people in Blackbaud and not have them use links to other tools.
