We are aiming at a better way of managing student passport information in Blackbaud, for example, before and during an international trip teachers should be able to verify or download the key information from the EMS.

We ask parents to upload passport images as age proof document during application process. Once they get admitted, the image stays in the Enrollment Management module, but 1) it's an image or PDF and not something can be pulled easily, 2) there are access restrictions, 3) it may expire in the coming years but no one will ensure its validity.

I'm pretty sure there's no other easy way for parents to upload this file outside of Enrollment module, so school form might be a good choice, with proper access control?
