Google Calendar Sync Limited to 60 days

I created a really clean All-School calendar system in BB and then faculty could use the webcal links to sync the data in Google. Just yesterday we realized that we are now only getting 60 days of past history in Google. Anyone else having this problem? Until now, our Google syncs were working fine. Help!

@Annemarie Merow - No one here has reported that, but I checked the feeds today. Today, I don't see any class schedule events prior to December 6 (~60 days back). The feed does show future events through the end of the published calendar.

My bad it is only 60 days.

What a bummer that I may have to find a third-party solution just to push more than 60 days of historical data back to Google. Our admin rely on Google and need to search past events since BB doesn't have an intuitive search feature but is our calendar record of truth.

Any less expensive recommendations welcome!

@Annemarie Merow I believe this is always how it's been. We rely heavily on syncing to Google calendars too but everytime I help someone set it up, I remind them of this limitation. There is a note at the top of the WebCal feed window stating the time frame that is included in the feed.

Thanks for pointing out that note on the BB window. Not sure how we've missed it up to now. Since you sync often with Google, do you use a 3rd party solution to extend the window?

No, we don't use a 3rd party system. I believe our calendar people use a mix of spreadsheets to plan and keep track of what needs to be/has been added to the BB calendars. I think we're just hobbling along waiting for a giant BB calendar overhaul. It's desperately needed.

@Annemarie Merow For each of our common spaces, we have a faculty member in charge of scheduling the space. Our Leadership Team also meets once a month regarding upcoming events. This helps avoid double booking.
