Hello Everyone,

We included an image in the email message for submitted donations. There's no way, I believe, to load it into the message box, so I just copy pasted the image. This was about 2 years ago. Now that we are creating new OLX forms, we are using a different image. For some odd reason, the new image is not loading when we receive the email message. I tried png and jpeg and they both don't work.

Then I copied the old image (from the old donation form) and pasted it in the new donation form. The email message shows the old image.

I tried both institution and personal email accounts (just in case it has something to do with the firewall) but same results.

Has anyone experienced this anomaly?

    hi,

    Apparently OLX donation form does not support images at all as I have tried it myself long time back. Raiser's Edge NXT Donation form has the ability to use images and other things. Try it out as a test version before doing an actual form to post on your website.
