Missing Columns in Insight Builder (RE NXT)

Hello,

We are currently using Insight Builder to create real-time reports and dashboards in RE NXT. However, we've noticed that certain columns, such as Constituent Code and Constituent's Marital Status, are not available for inclusion in the reports.

Do you have any insight into why these columns might be missing, and is there a recommended workaround to display this data in our reports?

There are certain fields that are unavailable in webview Lists as well. I would vote for the idea here, under Idea Bank.

That being said, perhaps you could redefine the angle of your reports. While secondary Constituent codes may not be a filter, it does exist as an “Insight”, simply called “Constituent”, and it also exists as a filter if you are only filtering by primary constituent code. So perhaps you may need to re-structure your reports to put constituent code groups as their own report.

I wanted to add that, as I experimented, using Constituency as the Insight (report base), I was able to add additional filters to generate something like this. Is this what you are needing to produce?

@Faith Murray Thank you for sharing the information. However, according to the Management's requirements, they specifically want to see constituents with the "Do Not Solicit" option. I believe this option is not available in the Constituent Primary Code.

@Ravneet Kaur, does your organization store DNS information as a constituent code or as a solicit code?

@Ravneet Kaur, I have to agree with you. I don't see a way to create that type of report combination either. Sorry! You may have to create that specific report manually, if it is something considered absolutely necessary by management, until BB enables that Idea Bank suggestion.
