Good Morning, I have a sponsor who went online and paid $5,000.00 to be an Event Sponsor. I processed the payment through online express and then went in and added my appeal code and committed the batch. Now that payment or sponsorship is NOT showing up on my “Events Tab” in RENXT under revenue, it is however showing up on my manual appeal report in t the database view. I believe it is in my columns and filters but I do not know how this information is getting pulled or the criteria it is pulling.

for “gift amount” to show up in event tab, you need to link the gift to an event registration. Even if the registration is NOT for the donor to “attend” an event.
