Payment not showing in events

I set up my first event in NXTOLX. People can register and put in their credit card information, but it is showing not paid and I'm not able to see any transactions. What am I doing wrong? Our event is on March 22 and I need some help. I had the event in OLX in database view but when it changed over to NXT, that no longer works. I've watched videos and tried following step by step instructions, but I need a person who can walk me through it.

    @Robin Berno Are you in NXT (webview) or OLX (in database view)? Meaning which one is had has registrations processed?

    If it's from OLX - you have to go into OLX and process the transactions to get them into a database view batch. Then, after you commit the batch, you will see them in RE.

    If it's in NXT (a webview form), you will need to approve the webview batch. The gifts won't show in database view at all until the batch is approved.
