Now that Query is available for all users under Analysis in RE NXT webview, I'm realizing that a large number of ours have the Options marked allowing “Others can modify”.

How are other orgs handling this? Is the only option to go into each individual query and uncheck this? I'm not seeing a global change option for all these queries. Is the best action to meet with everyone with access to train on how Query works, and especially to say that they shouldn't delete anything that isn't theirs?

    @Chris Zello I think these options just mirror what's in database view. When you create a query, that is the option that is available. I don't think there is a user option to change that default.

    @Chris Zello - Dariel is correct. What is visible for users in WV Query is the same as what's visible in DBV Query. If you're worried about Queries being modified, you may want to consider temporarily locking down Query permissions until your users have gone through a training (or two) and can demonstrate knowledge and understanding for this area of the system.
