Webview query not showing results

I have a gift query I created in database view that we use to check for gifts that need to be linked to Opportunities. I'm the database admin and have full rights to everything and I created the query.

When I open the query in database view it shows 182 entries. When I open it in webview it shows 0. I have tried refreshing, waiting over night, and adjusting the query parameters and still nothing.

Is anyone else having issues like this, with query results not being the same in both places?

a little more details will help. I do not believe the query in webview will have bug in “normal” situation. So need to know if you are using dynamic/static query? constituent/gift/action? if you are using query as filter. if you are using merge query, etc.
