Our advisors are finding the Requirements tab info very cumbersome. Is there a report we can pull that lists credits earned in each transcript category?

Also, the Requirements tab suggests taking classes that are inactive.

    Hi Susan,

    I haven't been able to find a report that can be run for a group of students within the diploma requirements feature. See the following post from February 2024 - Tracking Diploma Requirements?

    If you go to Academics > Reporting > Reports > Category: Grading Reports > Credits By Transcript Category (or just search for the report name once you land on the reports screen), this should give you a breakdown for each student - by the transcript categories that you've defined. There's an advanced list that I create for my schools to make sure that all of your courses AND your historical grades are associated with the appropriate transcript category. This will help to ensure that the Credits By Transcript Category report is accurate. Screenshots are visible in the community post I referenced above. I hope that helps!
