EmailFinder results were not what I expected

To me, the EmailFinder is not worth the screening, and I want the results out of my database. In January, I received over 8,000 emails. When I began researching 20-25 emails, most of them were associated with current or past residents but not the constituent sent for the screening. On February 11, I mentioned this issue to one of our reps during an account review meeting, she sent a request @another rep with her follow-up. 2 weeks ago, I emailed my reps for advice on removing the results and I'm still waiting. I sent a reminder today. Does anyone have advice on how I can remove the results?

    @Debbie Atkinson If not mistaken when you get the results back from Email Finder, they create a specific email type. If I am correct on that, you can use the Database Plugin Tool DELETE PHONES and choose that phone type, click begin and they are gone.

    Email Finder is a total waste of money, due to the fact you get many bad emails since it just searches the address and not the person, so you end up with other family members of that household, new people at the address, etc.
