Hi, we're hoping to ba able to do our gift imports through Omatic. As far as I can see, there is no option to add Gift Aid through the import. How do you do yours? Thank you

    If Omatic can't do it, you may want to look at Importacular. @David Zeidman is UK based and has Gift Aid built into Importacular.

    @Christine Robertson thank you, that's interesting, because the reason we went with Omatic over Importacular was that Importacular had no plans to go on to the web based version of RE. @David Zeidman is this incorrect?

    @Lena Payne @Christine Robertson We have SmartIMPORT, which works with NXT (fully webinised) and includes Gift Aid and a whole host of other features. If interested, get in touch with our team support@smartthing.org.

    @Lena Payne No, that is not correct. We are working on a web based version as I write this! We wanted to wait until many of the features were available in the web view before releasing Importacular for web view. However, Blackbaud brought forward their timeline for the full web view solution so we are doing the same!

    It is definitely on its way. Just not quite yet.

    @Christine Robertson and @Lena Payne – thanks very much. You will be able to import Gift Aid-related data into RE NXT via Omatic Cloud as soon as Blackbaud makes the endpoints available in the SKY API. Omatic has a solid history of adding data elements to Omatic Cloud as soon as Blackbaud makes them available in the API (assuming reasonable development time).

    @Lena Payne – please feel free to contact your Omatic customer success manager (or me) to discuss options. Currently, you can use ImportOmatic in RE database view to import Gift Aid-related data. Once those fields are available for import via Omatic Cloud, we'll work with you to upgrade the import to the OC platform.
