Gift Receipting not Matching with Gift List

Hi,

We created a list of gifts that have not been receipted.

When we choose this list for Gift Receipting, not all of the gifts appear. Only about ⅓ of the gifts appear.

Does anyone know what may be the reason for this?

When you created your gift list what did you select for receipt status? Did you include “do not receipt”? If marked with that, they will not receipt.

i.e. not all gift type can be receipted, so depends on if your gift list includes gift type that can't be receipted, your number will differs.

@Claudia A Alvarez Can you see any commonality among the gifts that aren't pulling? Same Type, Fund, etc.?

Thank you everyone for the replies. Will be closing the discussion. For Gift Receipting I wasn't aware that the list had a limit of showing 300 gifts at a time. That was the reason why not all the gifts appeared.
