Donor Profile

Joe Schuberth

We have a new president who wants a donor profile for all our big donors and board members. Basically, he wants individual reports that include a list of giving history, current job title, education, relationships, and any notes we have on the donor. Does something like this exist?

I do not think Donor Profiles have appeared yet in web view but there is a report you can generate in database view.

Reports > Profiles Lists & Directories > Constituent Profile. You select what fields you wish to include. Can be general or detailed. Note, if you are generating for a good number of records based on the query you chose to include and are pulling lots of details, especially giving history it can take a good amount of time to generate.
If pulling lots of details, try with just one record first to see how long it takes and then evaluate your report to see if you have want you want and need or don't want.

@Joe Schuberth I highly recommend the Constituent Summary Report from APPSNXT. We just got it and it has saved us so much time!
