Any Mailchimp connector suggestion?

Miriam Cai

Hi everyone!

My organization is exploring connector options to automatically sync contacts from Blackbaud NXT to Mailchimp, and ideally, push engagement data from Mailchimp back into NXT.

Has anyone used a product or integration that supports this kind of two-way sync?
Looking for something reliable and ideally low-maintenance.

Thanks in advance!

@Miriam Cai My org uses Omatic for this exact purpose. We find it easier to manage the connection in two ways. We use ImportOmatic Classic to move people over to MailChimp, and Omatic Cloud to manage the transfer of information from MailChimp back over to NXT.

We originally were moving engagement info over via Omatic Cloud, but ended up using a custom tile to manage that via API.

@Miriam Cai We are looking at Omatic and their MailChimp connector, too.

@Irene Hui @Miriam Cai Just to add our name to the pot, SmartMAILCHIMP does this job through our dedicated integration. PM me or Google it to find out more.

@Miriam Cai Another option to consider is Chimpegration from @David Zeidman's team.

Thank you @Christine Robertson for the shoutout.

@Miriam Cai Chimpegration is probably the gold standard when integrating Raiser's Edge and Mailchimp. It has the most comprehensive and all encompassing options for passing data between the two platforms. It was written specifically for this purpose.
