@JoAnne Thielen - we had the same problem. We opened up a case mid March and they got it resolved for us last week.

@JoAnne Thielen were you able to get this resolved? If not, I recommend opening case with Blackbaud support: Chat - Blackbaud. You'll want to chose the product support option.

@Crystal Bruce This was an FE query issue, not RE or Altru.

@Crystal Bruce I did open a case with support, but once it goes to email responses it takes forever to get resolution, and I can often get a faster response in the community. This appears to me to have been an issue after the 4/15/25 update. It miraculously started working the next day.
