We are exploring how Artificial Intelligence can enhance our work on the operations side, in departments like Technology/HelpDesk, Advancement, Admissions, Communications, Facilities, Business Office, Human Resources, etc. We already have a task force focused on Teacher and Student learning. We are interested in potential applications, best practices, and considerations for responsible AI adoption. If you have any resources, please share.

Additionally, we are looking for an AI expert who specializes in applying AI within K-12 education and/or non-profits to lead discussions with our staff departments. Essentially, I am looking for someone like Eric Hudson, but on the operations side. Who comes to your mind?

    @Sudha Joga This is a great idea! I am trying to push my organization to as well. from your question I see two areas where AI can help immediately. Advancement, Admissions, Communications all benefit from AI content generation (gpt, Adobee Express, Grok, etc.). Where as your Technology/HelpDesk and Business Office would be using AI to design different types of information flows(or just hire a jr. software developer). The latter in my own experience definitely requires an individual dedicated to process design. this is likely through scripting or some other computation/code based solution.
