workaround so constituents appear more than once

we use a workflow to assign a thank you call for all gifts over $250. It has been working quite well. However, if Mr. Jones made a $500 gift in January 2025 and $1,000 in April 2025, he will not appear in the workflow because he is “already there”.

is there a workaround so that he would get a thank you call action for EVERY gift that is over $250?
