Anyone use the Blackbaud Managed Services?

Does anyone have any feedback of utilizing this service or how it differs from the “Blackbaud support” at Blackbaud? This is what we were told in a brief summary: "Managed Services is a "hands-on keyboards" service that connects your school with Blackbaud experts. They are hired by Blackbaud, and your school creates a Scope of Work at a set price point - but there's flexibility over time to adjust to your needs at various times during the year. This helps your school keep databases up to date, keeps ongoing tasks on target, and they can also work to update & improve processes in your system and train your team as they go. "
