Enrollment Management Read-Only Role

Hello,

I'm working on a read-only role for our Coaches to use. Our current Coach Connection Role has the following Tasks:

Admissions Management	Candidate Note
Admissions Management	Candidate View
Admissions Management	Manage Candidates
Blackbaud connections	Omnibar
Official notes	Official Note Detail View
Official notes	Add Official Note
Reporting	App Candidate Worklist

It allows the coach to view the Candidate List and the selected columns, but they cannot view the Candidate Profile by clicking on the candidate's name. Clicking the candidate's name does nothing.

If I add the Candidate Profile task to the Coach Connection role, the coach is granted edit access to the entire candidate record.

Ideally, the coach would be limited to read-only access to the Candidate Information and Contact Card. Can you suggest a way to change our Coach Connection role to accomplish that?

Hi @Jason Chase - have you explored using committee review as a workaround for this? This would allow them to view information on the Candidate without editing options.
