Mobilepay Terminals won't connect

Does anyone else have issues with the terminals not connecting? it shows up in the app but when I choose them to connect to it it comes up terminal error, can't connect. We are using ipads and an iphone and always try to keep their software up to date. I have even worked with BBMS support and they could not come up with any reason they are are doing this. Anyone find a solution or have you switched to another POS device, like Stripe or anything else?

    We had the same issue last week at our Gala, make sure both the app & device you are using are up to date as far as software (we use iPads, and they needed the latest software updated).

    Make sure the POS is charged, I came across that issue at first, if they are not charged enough, they will not connect if you're not sure of how much charge they have try & connect while it is plugged in.

    if that does not work try signing out of Mobilepay, logging back in then trying to connect. hopefully something will work!

    your POS is likely needing a firmware update but battery is too low to do it and it shuts off

    Make sure you fully charge the POS, then connect like normal. it will ask you to do update then.
