Issues with Fund field in gift batches from Just Giving

Hello - we have been using Raisers Edge for a while but it has not been managed well and I am looking to make some improvements. I am new to NXT but familiar with RE database view. One of the issues I have is around Just Giving integration, I can see that the donations are coming over from JG to the gift batch area but they are all flagged with a warning about a fund that I have made inactive as we are no longer using it - saying that the fund is inactive and it must be reactivated to modify data associated with it.

I have changed the mapping in JG integration to a new fund but it keeps reverting back to this inactive general fund.

If anyone has any advice I would be grateful, I feel the solution is probably really obvious but I just cannot see it!

    FYI: JustGiving (JG) has 2 types of donation coming into RE NXT webview gift batch: JG Campaign and JG Fundraising Pages:

    • JG Campaign
      • setup internally and affected by RE NXT integration setting CFAP and Override
    • JG Fundraising Pages
      • setup by donor and only affected by RE NXT integration setting for CFAP
