In OLX, as soon as a transaction is completed on the website, a receipt is automatically generated, emailed to the customer, and a link to the receipt can be found under ‘Gift Attributes’.

But in RENXT, the receipt is automatically generated and emailed once the online gift batch is approved. Is there a way to view a copy or find a link to the online receipt that was sent to the customer?

    How can this still not be available? It's February 2026… I have to rely on constituents emailing me what they received to see what they're getting and the default template isn't always what I want to send.

    Yes. We have many different templates and not being able to go back and verify the right one is sent is not a settling feeling. It should create a copy of the exact e-mail that was sent on the gift and it should show under the receipt options what was applied to each gift for what you receipted for dates requested.
